Disclaimers


No Hassle Exchange Policy
Exchange your vehicle within 3 days or 300 kilometres of ownership and receive 100% of your Applewood Upfront Price credited toward your next vehicle. This offer applies to exchanges for a different new or pre-owned vehicle, subject to the following terms:


Eligibility: The exchange must occur within the first 3 calendar days of ownership, and the vehicle must not exceed 300 kilometres driven from the odometer reading at the time of delivery.


Condition Requirements: The vehicle must be returned in the same physical and mechanical condition as it was at the time of delivery.


Exchange Limitations: Each customer is eligible to exchange one vehicle per year. Exchanges must be facilitated at the original selling dealership.


Brand Restrictions: If exchanging a pre-owned vehicle for a new one, the exchange is limited to new vehicles of the brand sold by the original selling dealership.


Exclusions: Sports cars, specialty vehicles, and vehicles not in stock are excluded from this program.


Additional Costs: Price differences, tax differences, accessories, registration fees, and preparation fees are not refundable and are excluded from the exchange credit.


Financing Requirements: Financing qualification applies to exchanges.

No Bills for the Basics Guarantee
Our "No Bills for the Basics" Guarantee covers maintenance items on used vehicles, limited to tires, brakes, bulbs, and batteries, for 6 months or 6,000 km from the date of delivery, whichever comes first.

 
Terms and Conditions:  


1.    Coverage Scope:  
i.    This guarantee covers normal wear and tear on the specified items (tires, brakes, bulbs, and batteries) during the coverage period.  
ii.    Replacement or repair of these items will be provided at no cost to the customer if deemed necessary under the terms of this guarantee.

 
2.    Exclusions:  
i.    This guarantee does not cover damage caused by excessive wear, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications to the vehicle.  
ii.    Any issues arising from accidents, off-road use, racing, or other activities outside of normal driving conditions are excluded from this guarantee.  


3.    Certified Technician Assessment:  
i.    All claims under this guarantee are subject to inspection and verification by a certified technician.  
ii.    If the certified technician determines that excessive wear or abuse has occurred, the guarantee will be void for the affected item(s).  


4.    Non-Transferable:  
i.    This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the vehicle during the specified coverage period.  


5.    Additional Repairs:  
i.    Any repairs or replacements beyond the scope of this guarantee will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
