A Brand Concierge at Applewood is a customer-focused professional who guides clients through the car-buying process, offering transparent, service-driven advice to help them choose the right vehicle for their needs.

Rather than pushing for a sale, you focus on understanding the customer’s needs and guiding them to the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle. Whether it's a budget-friendly option or a luxury vehicle, your role is to ensure they are confident in their decision, without the pressure of traditional sales tactics.

This is your role: to ensure every customer leaves with a sense of satisfaction, having found the perfect vehicle with confidence and trust in the Applewood experience.

As a Brand Concierge, you’ll:

✅ Help clients find the perfect vehicle for their needs with our One Price sales model, offering transparent, upfront pricing with no haggling

✅ Build lasting relationships by guiding customers through the entire buying process, from their first visit to long after the sale

✅ Provide outstanding service at every moment, from when customers first walk onto the lot to when they purchase their next vehicle

✅ Know our cars inside and out, confidently explaining the key features, benefits, and financing options in a way that’s easy to understand

✅ Use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to stay organized, track customer preferences, manage follow-ups, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish

✅ Celebrate every car delivery like it’s your first, making sure the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle is memorable, and following up afterward to maintain the relationship
