What is a Brand Concierge?
The Brand Concierge / Account Executive is not your typical salesperson.
You’re a guide, not a closer.
You’re a partner, not a pusher.
You represent the Applewood Way—transparent, consistent, and always centered around the customer.

This is the voice of our Brand Concierge. No commissions. No pressure. Just service, results, and lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
As a Brand Concierge, you’ll:
✅ Help clients find the right vehicle with our no-pressure, one-price sales model
✅ Build genuine relationships and stay connected throughout the customer journey
✅ Deliver outstanding service, from first visit to keys-in-hand and beyond
✅ Present vehicles confidently with deep knowledge of features, benefits, and financing
✅ Use tools like our CRM and digital guest sheet to track and follow up
✅ Celebrate every delivery like it’s your first—and follow up like it’s your last
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be supported and measured on:

You’ll also complete regular Scorecard Reviews with your leader, giving you clear goals, honest feedback, and a personalized development plan.
